Pizza Hut - York

I ordered a Hawaiian extra meat and testify for it. what I have is a total sweat. I see some pineapple and 0 of the extra toppings I ordered. they stay away from the pizza hut. there was an artist

Ordered a meat lover who had no meat...no beats in general....was so far over boiled and pappe like....husband asked for clarification and received nothing out of attitude. not only this place, but never again to this ' brand'. go on and cut the corners because they 're eliminating customers in the process. too much competition out there.

We visit here some what regularly. Great food and good staff. Especially one lady that has been here a long time. A very nice person, genuine. She wears glasses. Management, however is a completely different story. The main manager in the store needs to learn...basic customer service skills and put his personal opinions and attitude aside. You receive noticeably better customer service from the employees than the manager. Many times we want Pizza Hut for dinner, but go else where because he is in the store. I could go much deeper into the issues, but will would rather not. Anyway he is costing you business, and on top of that, he is the store manager? Yikes. With proper management, this store would be a LOT busier and much more profitable. There 's a real sense of apathy here. Pizza Hut: Your management in this store is costing business. It 's really a shame, Pizza Hut is fantastic pizza and I get the general feeling that this store is seriously under performing. It 's a shame because head office will ultimately close the location at one point because of poor performance, and all because the store has been left to stagnant year after year. Pizza Hut is a solid brand, who I think have lost their identity. At least that 's my perception from this store. The store and possibly a good part of the organization could use a good shake up. Imagine the hundreds of thousands of dollars thats being lost....... simple, fixable problems. I 'm not sure what it is...... possibly just a relaxed, detached and disinterested culture within this store and possibly many stores. I 'm not here to bash anyone, or anything.....my review here is spot on realistic. It 's just too bad because I don 't want to see Pizza Hut leave Newmarket. Kindly, 'A good customer '

This rating is mainly on the management of the restaurant. Every Monday is kids eat free, we have been many times. In the past, I have gone with 2 kids, ordered my meal and both kids have been free. Recently I went with 2 kids...and 3 adults, and we could only get 1 child free because the adults shared a large pizza instead of ordering 2 mediums. We called the manager over to explain the bill, and he was rude, said some servers are over generous by giving all kids free when they shouldn't since the adults had not purchased enough. We have been going here probably a year, and getting this deal, and never a problem. This manager walked away from the table refusing to discuss it any more. We understand and can live with the 2 paying adults, but what we can't deal with is a rude manager. Train your staff to be knowledgeable of store policy and offers. We have ordered your pizza for parties etc., but we will be going else where.

Seemed to take forever for our order, but eating was good. in a badly designed shopping center is a bit off. personal was friendly and helpful.
