New York Fries

The fries and poutine at this restaurant were delicious, and the customer service was fantastic. The staff quickly made my poutine and served my friend's order right after. We received our food within 10 minutes, despite the long line and only two people working. The combination of gravy, cheese, and fries was amazing. I ordered the classic poutine and it was delicious.

I visited the restaurant today. The cashier was terrible, with a scowl on his face and not saying a word. However, the boy making fries was polite.

This is by far one of the best places for fries. Love the chili fries and their poutine is awesome. My husband and i get the large size and share it.

Food is consistent good here and service us good. This visit there was no malt vinegar in the bottle but there were sachets available. My biggest concern with this place is Nancy who seemed to be the MOD. This is not the first time she 's been snippy with the cashier or myself as a customer. I think it 's just her manner but it 's very off putting. The girl had redeemed my free fries from the app and I wasn 't sure if there was a monetary balance left on the app. I asked the cashier to try but then Nancy comes over all taking over with attitude and snips that well you should have called me over to ask me before you put it through Not sure if she was talking to the cashier or myself but either way she was rude and snippy. This isn 't the first time she has been like this and I don 't go very often. I 'm sure she heard me ask the cashier the MOD 's name and when handing me my order was very sickly sweet but it came across as fake. I work retail and would never talk to a cashier or a customer that way. Not enough to keep me away but enough to make me not want to rush back.
