Contribuiți la feedbackDo no recommend going. The owner itself, with the filthy shoe he wears steps directly the chair where customer sits. If is not because of the waiter, I would not come back. I'll take picture next time it happens cuz it happens alot. Stay tune for picture.
Not accommodating !!! We reserved 14 seats for outdoor lunch today. When the first person who arrived confirmed with the waiter, the waiter began to prepare the table and we were appreciated for that. After we had been waiting outside for 5 minutes, all the people arrived and we found it’s too hot to sit outside, so we suggested that we change to indoor. However the waiter rejected our request. We were very disappointed and didn't understand why. At that time, the restaurant had just opened and there was no customers inside. We don’t think this was kind of discrimination, it might be the waiter's consistent attitude towards the customers? Anyway we couldn't understand it and we chose to leave at the end.
The service was horrible. It took over 15 minutes before a server came over and took our order. My wife's meal came without the ranch dressing. As out of towner we will never eat here again.
DoorDash messed up the order and did not deliver one item out of 12. DoorDash would not take responsibility for it, refusing to refund or do anything about it. The owner of this Boston Pizza offered complementary food, even though he said they are not responsible for DoorDash's mistake. That is good customer service.
Super good service , we enjoyed our meal it was super good!
