We booked a Thursday. They could not find it in the book for Thursday, but found it for Tuesday. Your system is very old school. You need a POS system. It is best to call and check. The man told us that... it gets so loud that they can't hear when they answer the phone. And it became loud. Friday and Saturday are their busiest days. You need to reserve. The restaurant was decorated with Christmas decoration. Very tight. The decor is very European. There are 2 suits of armor at the front entrance. In the middle of the restaurant there was a beautiful white piano. They play music on Friday and Saturday. The restaurant is not very big. It looks bigger on its website. It is elegant and cozy. Comfortable high armchairs. I wish there were Christmas music or music. They sat us, although our reservations were mixed by them. The server was a very friendly lady who looked a lot like the actress Helen Mirren. And she hears it all the time. She asked if we wanted salad with our meal and we said yes. It doesn't come with the meal and it was $22. It was a huge bowl of Cesar Salat and it was delicious. We got the rose wine and that was good. She asked if we wanted bread, and we said yes, and she brought a basket of multi-grained, thick baked bread, which was already baked and beautifully heated. Two of us ordered the Chicken Carmelina for $37 and it came with 2 large pieces of chicken with shrimps, scallops and mushrooms. It was delicious. The chicken was a grilled chicken style. Another person ordered the Crispy skin Atlantic salmon $37. They said the salmon was boiled, but the rest of the meal was good. Two more friends ordered the fettling stone-blue crab $33 and asked if they could share that and the salad. They were very nice and brought the meal and the salad in four dishes. It was my birthday and my friend asked if they could bring out a piece of cake. They brought a big piece of Tiramisu with a candle and sang Happy Birthday. The cake was delicious. The service was excellent. She had to have been the kindest server I've ever had. We had remnants and they took it and put it in containers for us. Usually restaurants bring you the containers and you put them in yourself. It was a great experience. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is located in Markham, easily accessible from North York and many areas in Vaughan. Conveniently free parking. Beautiful restaurant with excellent menu choices; You can't go wrong no matter what you choose. Very pleasant staff, always ready to help. Only the complaint is the pretty loud live musician, because it makes all conversations difficult.

Service and food was amazing as usual, clean safe and spacious, I had the fish special their delicious Tiramasu will be safe again.
