Pizza Hut - York

Worst store ever got pizza del waited 2 1/2 hours and pizza was white and cold. For food? Michael? the manager/shift manager was very rude. So today I go to store to order and waited for the counter for 10 min with not one person to realize that I went there driver out of the door and the rest looked straight and went back to the store. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!

If I couldn't give stars to this place, I would. This is the most unprofessional pizza hut I have ever waited for 10 minutes at the pre-order of my meal for pick-up, to even be acknowledged, no suffering for waiting time, nothing. I never come back.

BEWARE this place gave me food poisoning! When I wanted to talk to management, they were extremely unprofessional and rude about the whole situation! Your answer was good that no one was called and complained today. Very disappointing waste of money will never eat here again and will ensure that all my family and friends stay far away!!!

The worst customer service I charged and never got my order....per manager Michael the van came to my door and allegedly called.. But I saw an unnoticed car out there and the ladies just sat her and just left I didn't know it was the driver... not ordered worse from this place...

Today I was very displeased with our experience at this Pizza Hut. Typically our food is hot, delicious, and the staff courteous and well knowledged. Today was underwhelming. Our food was freezing cold. (Put it in the oven to warm it back up at home) They could not ?find? our order in the system and it took quite awhile for them to do so. The marinara sauce for our breadsticks was straight water and had no consistency to it. Overall dissatisfied with today?s experience. ??
