This is the place to get a great tasting sub. We come to York once a year for the Max Show and we always come here. Staff an patrons have always been super friendly and welcoming. Don't pass this place up! Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

I've lived in West York for a long time and Lattuca's was always a favorite of mine. When the new owners first took over I ordered food and was extremely disappointed that they had changed the quality of their food so much. Portions were smaller and definitely not the same. Tonight I decided to give them another try hoping that they had improved things. Not only was my order incorrect (they put lettuce and tomatoes on a cheese steak that was only supposed to have onions, cheese and mayo) but the food had very little flavor, the bread was very dry and there was such a small amount of meat. The mozzarella sticks also had no flavor and weren't completely cooked. The cheese was not melted and the marinara sauce was cold and half the size it use to be. I really think they should have changed the name when they acquired it because this is not the Lattuca's we knew and loved.

Among the dishes I ordered, the French fries stood out with their perfect crispness and flavor. The Chopped Steak Hoagie was also a highlight, packed with delicious fillings that made for a satisfying bite. The Stromboli was packed with generous portions of toppings, and the cheeseburger was juicy and cooked to perfection. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant for a tasty takeout experience!
