Panda Express - Yonkers

I visited the restaurant today, December 31st, and it was understandably busy due to New Year's Eve. We placed our order and were ready to pay when the issues began. Since we were a large group, Kenny tried to explain the situation to Sophia, who is apparently a new employee. However, she dismissed him. Unfortunately, she ended up entering our order incorrectly. When we pointed this out, Angel stepped in to clarify what had happened and corrected her mistake. By this time, the line was out the door, which could have been avoided if Sophia had accepted Kenny's help. It’s important for her to learn to accept assistance, especially during training.

I ordered three of the same meal for myself, my husband, and our daughter. We paid an extra $1.00 for steak, but there was no steak in the meal. Instead, we received a bunch of small pieces from the Angus steak, but no actual steak itself. They also included more mushrooms, but the only meat we got was two small pieces of steak. This experience is why I will no longer be buying from there.

Eating is really good. I guess the cook wasn't on his game today. reis seems a bit. the black pepper chicken was also off. these are all fresh batches. food: 3/5

The food was good. By the time ubereats arrived with my order, it was cold and I didn’t have a taste for it anymore. Pretty good portion sizes and flavorful. There Honey Sesame Chicken is delicious. My Chow Mein was a little on the dry side, but I still ate it.
