Contribuiți la feedbackI heard about Rokurinsha thanks to a friend's recommendation. It is located near Tokyo Ramen Street. Coming here will be a little difficult for a first timer. You will definitely be lost as Google Maps does not give exact instructions. I arrived early on a Saturday morning at 7:15. When I arrived, there were several people in front of me. After a 30-minute waiting period, I was picked to the ordering machine and sitting at the bar. The staff was polite and served me a beautiful glass of water. After a few minutes my tsukemen (dimmer noodles) had arrived. OMG, it was soooo delicious and one of my favorite dishes from Rammen in Tokyo. The broth was hearty and when you dived a Umami experience. I'm definitely going back here when I visit 2023. The Rarmen was 890 Yen... a deal when you look at his only $6-$7 for him.
Tsukemen is the signature wheel here. Should try. Ramen is also pretty good.
Hello, world! Rokurinsha is one of the most powerful and exquisite rides in the larger area of Tokyo, if not in the world! I highly recommend that you try tsukemen (dipping cum noodles)! They offer some spices on the table; Yuzu powder, fish meal and chili pepper. Make sure you add this to your bowl and differentiate the taste of bite by bite!
Your signature noodle is tsukemen and it's among the best tsukemen I've ever tried. I heard about this Ramon place because it's known, but I didn't know that Tsukemen was the main frames here.
A must try for a very savoury and famous tsukemen. Went in the afternoon to avoid queuing for too long, the restaurant was still quite packed with people inside. After all considering the quality of their dish, it can be eaten at any time of the day. Tried their special dip tsukemen and from the visual only, it is worth the hype: the noodles are thick and a bit on the curly side, and the broth with all its toppings was a marvel on it 's own. No time to waste! Put on your paper apron and dig in! The broth is rich, thick and full of flavours that combines all too well with the chewy and al dente noodles. The chashu is quite thick, juicy and tender. Enjoy your egg while you can! As creamy the yolk is, it won 't last long in your plate and you will soon miss not ordering a second one. For an extra kick, add the shichimi spice, an original blend. And to get a fresher taste, mix a bit of the yuzu powder, a wonder to help you continue eating if you ever needed it. Finally, when the noodles are gone and you have some broth left, don 't hesitate to dilute it with warm katsuo broth (in the grey thermos) to drink it as is and enjoy your meal to its fullest.
