Nihonshu Hotaru - Yokotemachi

Excellent selection. There is no English menu, but the staff offers English speakers. It can be a little difficult to understand all variations of love. If you are familiar with the offers of love and know what you want, it will be easy to order something. There is an interesting nigori (unfiltered) that is brewed on the grounds. In any case try, but it can be outside the standard for many pallets.

They have great varieties of Nihon Shu, which is rare. Food is also delicious!

Large space necessary to have reservations small and boutique size, but has good sittings Brews-Sake before location throw a look at their brewers clean and well maintained
