The Railway Hotel - Yeppoon

The restaurant has a limited menu on Sundays, which we were only made aware of when we tried to place our order. Unfortunately, they did not have any steaks or pizzas available. The portions of the food we did order were very small and lacked flavor. We were extremely disappointed with our experience.

We stopped in for a drink before heading to a movie, as the restaurant was conveniently located nearby. The staff was friendly and the drinks were cold and refreshing, a pleasant change from another local establishment. Watching the meals being served made us wish we had come for dinner instead.

I attended a trivia night at this restaurant and had the chicken Parmesan dish. The chips were excellent! The Parmesan was good and the trivia night was enjoyable. Overall, it was a very good night and I would return just for the chips.

Came here to dubs a good pub meal. Ordered chicken wings. There is a members price of just over $1 per wing. Bring out of town we paid full price, just over $2 per wing. $13.26 for six wings. They are not full wings, so $13.26 for six half wings. Pro: they were tasty, and sauce good… but absolutely not worth $13.26.

This pub has a great atmosphere for those that don’t expect ‘fine dining’ on a beer wage. Well priced with friendly staff and standard pub meals. Enjoyed our time there.
