Why are all of your menu screens off at 6pm on a Wednesday. Weird

Ordered a pepperoni pizza, cheese bites and cheese volcano online. Received a garlic bread, chicken bites and garlic bread. Driver told me that they’ve ran out of stock and that the management is changing tomorrow! Why wouldn’t they call or stop taking orders before delivering a completely wrong order. Also they gave me cheaper items with about a $15 difference. Awful service Food: 1

The worst pizza ever. The crust was so thick, doughy and raw! There was the bare minimum of tomato sauce and cheese, and the toppings tasted really dry and stale. To top it all off, there was a hair on my pizza which I found towards the end. Just vile. We were so disappointed and grossed out, will definitely never order from here again. Service: Take out

Tonight I was verbally assaulted in this domino's location. Me and my partner were looking at the menu at the front counter trying to decide what to order. Since we were still making up our mind as other customers came in we moved to the side while we looked at the menu. Once we had decided what we wanted we went back to the front counter to wait to be served while the employees helped a lady with her pick up order. This women then started ask if we were dining in to which we politely said no. She then proceeded to swear at us and yell at us about taking too long to order and just general yelling. While this was happening we received no help from staff. She then kept yelling at us until she got her pizza and left. We got no apology from the workers, and the whole ordeal made me very upset so I wad visibly shaking and crying, to which I felt no empathy from the employees. In the end we didn't even get our pizza as the ingredients for the pizza we wanted where out of stock, and I wanted a margarita pizza so that's saying something. I will not be coming back to this location as I don't feel safe there. I hope you can give your team proper training on how to deal with aggressive customers harassing other customers so this doesn't happen again. Disappointed

Avoid this store! received wrong order via online ordering (driver took off whilst trying to wave him down), no one answered the phone, dropped it off to the store. Said they'll do it again, I said no and asked for refund. No apology, AVOID, save your money and go elsewhere. Food did not look good either. Service: Take out Price per person: NZ$30–40
