Witherspoon Grill in Princeton has become one of my go-to spots, and for good reason. Each visit has been consistently enjoyable, leaving me eager to return. One standout aspect is their fig-infused Old Fashioned, a cocktail that perfectly balances sweetness and sophistication. It's a must-try for any cocktail enthusiast. The seafood tower is another highlight that never fails to impress. It’s a fantastic way to start the meal, featuring a fresh and varied selection of seafood that is both visually stunning and delicious. Moving on to the entrees, I’ve always found them to be reliably pleasant. Whether I’m in the mood for steak, seafood, or something else, the quality and flavors are consistently excellent. The ambiance and service further elevate the dining experience, making it a place I look forward to visiting again and again. I always enjoyed Kristines and sat outside for a nice light summer dinner. Their French Negroni is scrumptious and the perfect way to start out a French Bistro meal!
