Kfc - Worthing

I came to this kfc at Worthing town centre, I order to eat in one zinger burger meal with coffee, and small popcorn chicken. When I collect my order, she packed it as it take way , when I remind her she didn’t even bother, the other Asian staff offered me tray . I went to sit and eat . I just finished my small popcorn and open my burger , found out it’s very cold , I went to counter to ask to change it, The staff and the manager talked really loudly with me , they said it’s been long enough you have served, we will not change it . I felt like I am Asian woman that’s why they behaved like that with me . This was my first visit to Worthing town . Feeling really bad . Everyone deserves good polite treatment

Wont eat again in this KFC branch, yesterday the gravy is like a water and today gravy is like a paste and thick..woah.

Had are last family take out in December. Lots off missing food or like really cold food. Told the manager his staff did it on perpose and he didnt give two s**ts TBH. Don’t ever come too this one. There is better chicken places in town and way cheeper as well…

For years Iv been going into kfc asking for the wrap sauce to be swapped for Mayo. This has never and is never a problem unless one female worker in there serves me. I’m not asking for extra ingredients, simply to change the sauce. She is extremely rude and told me it’s “against the rules”, doesn’t offer another option just a point blank NO. I just left after this. Iv been in there a few times recently as I work nearby and everytime Iv been in there they’re so unprofessional! They argue with eachother for the whole shop to hear! And one time instead of seeing if anyone was there to be served (myself) they gathered round the corner to **** about another staff member! There were 2 other customers in the shop and we all heard it! Absolutely disgusting.

First KFC I’ve had since Covid began, and it was gorgeous! Zinger Stacker burger was excellent and I love the skin of chips! And the NHS Blue Light Card didscount was much appreciated
