Kfc - Worcester

We ordered 500 pieces of chicken at this restaurant and the staff did an excellent job getting it out on time. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

Burgers sqaushed and fell out of the box in the bags going everywhere, fries soggy and cold, chicken burnt and inedible. probably the worst takeaway I've ever had. and the delivery driver was throwing the orders in his car about and was grumpy blunt.

Shame about the service, went to the drive through mid afternoon Saturday, not busy but had to wait more than 10minutes dont start cooking when you serve the last piece get plenty ready ' fast food '.

This place is shocking, ordered a couple of times now and either delivered the wrong thing or items missing. Only ordered tonight as the KFC on nunnery way weren't taking on orders. Never had an issues with the Nunnery Way store but the Elgar store seem to be beyond useless. Suggest they get help from the other store on how to read orders.

The driver was very kind and very polite i thank them for their service and i hope they will be getting a promotion.
