Brunch Gods - Woodlawn

This is my second time ordering from here. Both delivery. First delivery the food was okay. However, there was black stuff floating in my drink and they gave us bacon instead of sausage. Honest mistake. However, I sent an email about it and received no response. A year later I tried them again. The mac and cheese was inedible. I had to throw it in the trash. The orange hot wings where not hot and so salty. However, the strawberry Cinnabon was delicious. The food cost extremely too much to be medicore.

I love the cinnamon rolls. It wasn’t until today I realized they were so close to me. I just relied on Door Dash to deliver. I’m glad I found it.

The attitude of the staff is what keeps me from coming to this place. The food is good, though the biscuits are much smaller.Very long wait times, coupled with staff that is completely unpleasant, look like they do not want to be there, and no sense of urgency preparing orders. The only time I've been attended to with good customer service, and a smile, was from a female worker.

Excellent ambiance for the food, but the only complaint I have is that when I placed my order, I was told I would receive a call when the food was ready, but I never did, so I had to wait for almost an hour to find out. I had the blue Barrie muffin and the Hot Honey Chicken.

They charge far too much for subpar service and food. What they serve you is different from the picture on the ordering screen. The place could use some cleaning. No drinks? We asked for them to do our order over because what they gave was different from the picture. The server opted to give us food that was pre-prepared. ‍ I wasn 't impressed by the food either. I wanted to support a 'black owned business ' but I was disappointed. Y 'all gotta do better.
