I asked for a soft drink while I was eating, but they didn’t bring it to me, so I had to get it myself from the fridge. Additionally, there were several other issues: long wait times, the restroom was out of order, and the food quality was subpar. Overall, this restaurant ranks among the worst I’ve encountered in the United States. I had a terrible experience with the service. If you're looking for a pleasant dining experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant.

I visited this restaurant without a reservation, and it's quite small, so I wouldn't recommend going with large groups, as it can only accommodate about 15-18 people. The prices are very reasonable, and I enjoyed the taste and flavors of the food. I wanted to try several dishes, but since I was alone, I couldn't sample as much as I'd hoped. One great feature is that most meals come with two sides, which is a nice change compared to other places where you might order curry and receive nothing alongside it. The food does take some time to prepare, so be prepared to wait or consider calling ahead to place your order. I think the staff could be more engaging and suggestive when taking orders; it would help build better relationships with customers. Overall, it’s a good location with free parking available. They also have bottled lassi and beverages that are convenient to take home for a later meal.

The food lacks flavor and is undercooked. I strongly advise against ordering the Tandoori chicken; it doesn't look appealing at all.

Very good food, everything is well made and pretty tasty, they can make things more or less spicy, well done, etc. to your specifications, location is pretty clean, with the exception of the furniture not being in the best condition. I would recommend only doing dine in, as they are a little lax on making things to your specifications and with quality, if you decide to get it take out or delivered. Sometimes they are out of some sauces, but it isn’t too much of an inconvenience as the food is already rather tasty. Bengali employees are always a plus. Service is great, if a little slow, and bathrooms have to be one of my sole complaints. All in all, great experience, I grab a (beef) dum biryani, whole chicken, and some extra naan, great meal for our family of four, not too pricy, we visit at least once a month

The customer service I experienced was atrocious here. I went on my break to have lunch here. I walk in and the two gentlemen at the front are taking over the phone orders and ignoring me. Another Indian family comes in and the person stops taking the phone order and proceeds to help them and The family looks and asks if I have been assisted and I say No. The guy rolls his eyes and says “uhh, sure sure how can I help you”? He has a attitude while taking my order. Looking back I should have never gave them my money. I came back after 25 min just to see exactly how much longer because he said 35 min. I walk back in and he says another 17 min I just put the food in 12 min ago. Mind you I’m still on my break. So I wait in the store for another 17 min and I ask another person about the food and it’s literally already sitting there for me to pick up. I said this order had been sitting in here since I walked back in. I waited 17 min just for my food to sit there and get cold because the first gentleman I guess forgot he brought my order out already. Needless to say I will never be eating here again. You shouldn’t just treat your Indian customers with respect and then treat everyone else like they are not giving you the same money. It’s really sad to see in 2022
