While we used to enjoy the food there a few years ago, we were disappointed to find that the quality has severely declined. The pad Thai only had 2 shrimp and a few small pieces of chicken, while the Cha Kway Teow was mostly noodles. At $15 per dish, we expect more variety and better portions. Unfortunately, we will not be ordering from them again.
I had the worst experience at this restaurant. Normally we opt for the top tier service, but this time we had to settle for basic admission. As soon as we sat down, we noticed cockroaches in the area. We tried moving seats, but it was impossible to enjoy the movie with the constant feeling of something crawling on us. The seats were uncomfortable and there was no room to stretch. After only 30 minutes, we couldn't take it anymore and left. I was so upset that I wanted to complain, but in the end, I just walked out feeling disappointed. It's a shame and I will never be dining at this restaurant again.
We decided to try out the Innaloo cinema for a change. Unfortunately, the restrooms were in a terrible state. Upon entering cinema 9, we found the seats to be stained, dirty, and overall unpleasant. It was a disappointment! We will be sticking to Grand Cinemas from now on, as their customer service is also superior.
Before visiting the cinema on a very wet evening, decided to eat a quick bite. The Hans Asian Restaurant is located in a cinema complex, ideal place when it is in a hurry. Statered with platter for 2 followed by Singapore noodles that were excellent and prawn... Wine served by glass good selection of beer. Read the location price food for 2 persons with 2 glasses of beer and wine.
Have been here several times and it’s always been just average but this time there was a large piece of string in a spring roll that was choked on. The staff DID NOT EVEN APOLOGISE! They just made excuses that it’s the string that they...use to wrap the rice paper. Whatever the case, is it that **** hard to check for string? Is it that **** hard to apologise to someone who has choked on the string? They took the spring rolls off the bill but didn’t offer any further discount or discount for a return visit or even say sorry! A bit of customer satisfaction goes a long way Hans cafe. None of our large party or anyone we know will be back to your disgusting restaurant. What poor service. Can’t even express how disappointed and angry I am, not to mention feeling sick. None of us could stomach eating the rest of our meals. AVOID AVOID AVOID
