I get having some char on the crust for bread, I really do. I love me some crusty bread.But you know what I don’t love? Burnt sesame seeds. The whole grain loaf is coated in sesame seeds (why? , but it was the only loaf available when I went and now I know why.These sesame seeds aren’t toasted; they’re burnt. And you know what burnt sesame seeds taste like? Absolute bitter garbage. I’m bummed, too, because $13 for a loaf of bread isn’t cheap so now I’m stuck with bread I wouldn’t even feed the squirrels.

Delicious bread. We just grab what looks good and it ends up tasting even better than we thought. Not cheap, but well worth the price in taste.

Love Everything about Lodge! It is our go to spot for breads, pastries and cookies. I bet we shop here at least weekly!

Fantastic! We got the pastrami melt jambon beurre. Both were so great but the pastrami was the best. We ordered take out were given a number to wait. It took maybe 10 minutes but they were busy so that actually seemed fast.

Wow! You have to try this breakfast sandwich! Not only does it look amazing, but the flavor is out of this world! We get all our bread from here, and it's truly impressive how delicious it is!
