The Flying Yolk - Simi Valley

This place has the best breakfast sandwich I've had in the county. They have really good food and it's busy. The employees could use a little better personalities for customer service.

This place is a must if you’re ever in the area. The breakfast burrito is so big and keeps you full all day. I also love the avocado toast it is light and perfect.

Oh my goodness, this place is amazing!! Super cute atmosphere, very nice employees and the food is simply amazing! Their fried eggs are the best I've ever, the bacon is crispy and even the coffee is great. I highly recommend visiting The Flying Yolk if you're in the area.

My kind of funky breakfast place. Order at the counter. Serve yourself coffee. I had the special, Peruvian steak and egg burrito. Steak was braised in a rich sauce and fork tender, well-trimmed with no fat or gristle. Eggs were poached or fried rather than scrambled with yolks still just a bit runny. Awesome! Tots were crisp and the house hot sauces creative and flavorful. My friend had the Califoria Fry. It was gone in 60 seconds. No talking until it was done other than a muffled mouthful grunt that sounded a lot like 'good ' between bites. Highly recommended.

Great quality, freshly made food for a very reasonable price. Friendly and fast service. The waffles are my favorite! They're made with croissant dough.
