Last night (9/26), after my 12-hour shift, I went to dimmed with my friend. We walked in, sat at the bar, and ordered drinks and food. I had the watermelon drink and he had the matcha mojito, and we both loved them. My watermelon drink was not too strong in vodka, which I liked because I didn't want to feel hammered. The sweetness of the drink was enjoyable. The matcha mojito was refreshing, though a bit strong for my taste. For appetizers, we ordered the Korean fried cauliflower, which was one of the best I've had. The sauce was delicious and the scattering was just right. For our main course, we both had the steak (medium rare) and lobster ravioli. The steak was perfectly cooked and easy to cut, while the lobster ravioli was rich and decadent. The portion sizes were just right, and I didn't feel too full afterwards. Unfortunately, they were out of the melted chocolate cake for dessert, but the server, Chloe, kindly offered us a free dessert. We chose the apple pie, which was delicious with a decadent apple filling and light, flaky crust. The Tahitian vanilla ice cream was excellent as well. Chloe's gesture was incredibly thoughtful and made our experience even better. We will definitely be coming back to try more dishes at dimmed, as it has become our go-to dinner spot. We love the ambiance and the service. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

The service was excellent and the food was great. The atmosphere was pleasant. A special shoutout to our server Nadia and the manager Thomas. The Chilean seabass and the New York strip were cooked perfectly as requested.

The atmosphere was great, the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious. They have new cocktails like Hurrikan Crushed and Mai Tai Crush, which we tried. The Mai Tai Crush was exceptional. I ordered the steak and lobster ravioli, but the experience went downhill when they didn't provide a steak knife. Despite having to use a butter knife, the steak wasn't difficult to cut and the ravioli was decent. It was rich and creamy with a hint of lemon, making it enjoyable overall.

I loved it! great service, great food, great music! try the new cobb salat! it was phenomenal! can not wait to be back!

Had our holiday party in the open patio, 40 people plenty of room. Food and drinks came out pretty fast. Host was super attentive.
