My friend and I went to McDonald's in Ravenswood on Monday 17th July at 7.15pm. Walked in used the ordering machine. Wouldn't print a receipt, kept saying error. Stood there after ordering by machine waiting waiting waiting waiting. No one else inside waiting or ordering. The staff were not busy serving any one except the odd car via drive thru. One female spoke to say she would be there soon. Another female looked at us and walked away. Then she came back a few minutes later and said I will be there to take our order soon. I replied I had ordered by machine. Reply was oh order 104. When we got our order it we both felt like it was an inconvenience to serve us. Rude, no eye contact, no hello, no thankyou and no smiles from anyone working in the place. I live less than 5 minutes away from Ravenswood and the 2 apple pies were only just warm with no date of best before or use by. It will take a lot for me to ever go back to McDonald's.
