But eating is brought to her table. friendly, family business!
This is a great place to go for a non-tourist view of Swiss cuisine. there are many different authentic Swiss dishes, such as roesti, cordon bleu, aargauer roast, and others. we've been here about ten times and have never been disappointed. Although people are very friendly and helpful, it is at least useful to speak at least a little German if they or someone in their party is not Swiss. the prices are modest by Swiss standards and the portions are generous. in any case it is worth going if they are in the opposite! (also note, not very practical, without reaching a car.
Super Küche zu fairen Preisen. Sehr aufmerksamer Service
It's a bit of a hidden gem unless you're a local. Leave the motorway in Spreitenbach, if you're traveling towards Basel. Follow the signs towards Baden. Once you're in Neuenhof follow the sign to Rüsler (first roundabout to the left coming from Spreitenbach) Great views, good food and nice beer and reasonable prices (considering your in Switzerland) It's a typical beer garden where you have to place the order at the bar. Food will be brought to your table though. Friendly, family owned business!
This is a terrific place to go to for a non-touristy look at swiss dining. There are many different authentic swiss dishes, such as roesti, cordon bleu, aargauer braten, and others. We have been here around 10 times so far and have never been disappointed. Although the people are extremely friendly and helpful, it is at least useful to speak at least a little German if you or someone in your party is not swiss. The prices are modest by swiss standards and the portions are generous. Definitely worth going to if you are in the area! (Also note, not very practical to reach without a car.)
