Starbucks - WISCONSIN DELLS

I ordered a blonde americano coffee. They forgot about my order. I waited for about 15 minutes then when I inquired about it. The barista game me attitude and started literally throwing my drink together. She put the lid on so badly it spilled in my car. Bad experience all around.

Everything thing was okay. Staff was friendly but wait time was a bit long

Have stopped here many times driving between Chicago and Minneapolis. Always a pleasant experience. Clean restrooms. Friendly service. I especially like this location in Wisconsin Dells because it’s beautifully decorated and high ceilings. My grande hot chocolate was perfect.

Drive thru was 10 cars deep so I walked inside to order. My order was taken within a minute of walking through the door. After 20 mins I asked when my order would be ready because I assume they put me at the back of the pending drive thru and mobile orders. Nope they had my drink sitting with the rest of their drive thru orders. Thankfully I always choose to tip after service so I didn’t tip them for forgetting about my order

Very friendly service, tends to get crowded during summer season. great patio area for enjoying drinks with friends on nice summer days. parking is very limited due to the other high traffic stores.
