Dunkin' - Winter Park

What a Horrible experience. The kid working the drive thru was very rude and disrespectful. The manager on duty was rude as well. We ordered two large coffees and two breakfast sandwiches and got two large coffees and no breakfast sandwiches as well as the hash browns were cold. The young kid that was working to drive through kept on saying bro bro when I am a grown man and my child was right next to me and was wondering why this guy was calling me bro. He had no respect for any customers he had poor customer service as well. Will not be returning to this location at all. When I asked for a receipt the manager tried to give me a different receipt that wasn't even the items that I ordered.

Guy at the window today 10/9/22 (11:15am) was SUPER RUDE. I ordered food. I was told they had one glazed donut left and on crueller. Get to the window. They didn?t put on the hash brown I ordered. Charged me for an orange juice they don?t have and suddenly they didn?t have the glazed donut and when I said ?you guys said you had it? His response was ?well now we don?t? no apology, no care. Won?t be returning to this location

This location NEVER has anything. They have the audacity to allow you to order items in the app and not have what you want. They won?t cancel your order. They are not allowed to refund your money. Cash or credit. They need to be shut down!!!!

The staff was very friendly! Only 2 working (that I saw) and they still took the time to make sure our order was perfect!

I have it on good authority that the sesame seed bagel I ordered dates back to 33,000 BC (bread crime)
