Arby's - Winter Garden

I love eating arbys and customer service! the load is always clean. try each of their foods and they will not be dissapointed.

Two months ago I complained that arby's facilities weren't perfectly clean. management reacted that they would share with the restaurant team, and I was glad to see the result. I went there today (29 august 2022) to eat and found everything perfectly clean, including toilet! so I change my rating from 4 to 5 stars. [original message from juni 2022: cleaner than competitive; but could be better.

I came home and these were my 3 chicken pliers! incredible! They are tiny! and it was like $10 for my meal! Pretended! They cheated them out of the money if they are not careful!

My family has gone there before but it was my first time there and when I say that I loved the attention there, I mean it! We usually go to the Arby's on Colonial (in Winter Garden), but their service is NOTHING compared to this location's. We will make the drive to this location from here on out. As mentioned earlier, my family has gone here before and they told me that they have amazing Manager-in-training, Mickey, who fills the room with this positive energy. I was lucky enough to have interacted with such an amazing person. Mickey's energy is amazing and it seems as if she is kind with every person she comes in contact with. We were waiting for our food and I could just hear her supporting her employees in the kitchen. She is clearly a great addition to any workplace because of the happy environment she creates for both her employees and customers.Went in the wash our hands and noticed the bathrooms could be a *little* cleaner, BUT to be fair, they were in the middle of rush hour when we went. It's great to see them have a lot of guests coming in through the drive-thru and dining room area (nothing compared to the other Arby's location).
