Amazing eating and service it was a great culinary experience

I was disappointed by the customer service during my visit on 23rd january, when my party (4 adult, a baby came to celebrate two miles birthdays for a special family dinner. when we arrived, we were bruised that they did not allow babys in the cooking table and they claimed that we could not reach to know this (I had no emails or voicemails from the restaurant and had my reservation several days in advance, so there was enough time to contact me with any problems. again, the personal said that they publish their anti-baby policy. (I did not see any such formulating when I made my reservation through open table. it was not inviting and I felt that the situation had been treated with more ease than we sat in the regular dining room. during our meal the birthdays of our guests were never recognized. eating was very good, but they would expect it to be very good with a $400 total bill for 4 adults. I was disappointed by the customer service experience and felt as if we had welcomed more or celebrated the birthdays in any other high-end restaurant in central florida, and yes, there are many of those who choose. I'm not sure if I'd go back, which makes me sad because I visited this two times, it was an unforgettable experience.
