Deen's - Winnipeg

It's been a few years since my last visit, and I must say, the service was disappointing. We had to ask three times just to place our order! There was only one person attending to customers, which was simply not enough.

Even after residing in the San Francisco Bay Area for eight years, The Canadian frequently mentioned this restaurant. Therefore, it seemed only fitting to choose this as our first dining experience...

This has been a must-visit spot for doubles and rotis for a long time! I do miss the cheesy puns from the previous owner's menu, though... Deens, where our reputation is always on the line!

This is the go-to spot for Roti and Doubles in Winnipeg. I've never been disappointed at Deen's. While the interior could use a little love and care, its current appearance adds to its charm! If you haven't visited Deen's yet, you definitely should.

I visited this restaurant for the second time in two weeks and ordered the chicken Roti, which was absolutely amazing. You could really taste the freshness, and it was clear that they make it by hand with love and pride. I also tried the pineapple soda, which paired perfectly with the Roti. I truly believe this place is another hidden gem in St. Boniface. Let's support local businesses! I even bumped into Orlando from Orlando's tailoring nearby, which was a nice surprise.
