Schoolhouse Brewery - Windsor

Great! Our server was nice, the place was clean, and the spicy crispy burger...wow! This was my first time here and I'm definitely back.

So happy to have this fabulous little brewery in our city, which is a great addition! Love the atmosphere, friendly staff, lots of parking, good food and drinks

Stop here by chance on our ride through Nova Scotia and was super impressed by everything. So a nice atmosphere inside, great staff and really great food and beer. The best Brussels spits I've ever eaten. Can't wait to come back when we come back to the east.

I am very surprised that my experience was not good here. I would like to offer a constructive feedback, can I suggest moving the terrace rules to a more accessible place at the front door? I had no idea there were rules because they are at the far end of the terrace, and the sign is very small. I was told quite sharply “no dogs on the lap”; I apologised, but felt so involuntary and at the edge that we decided to put them back in the car. It took 25 minutes to get our food what I thought was a bit long as it wasn't too busy. I ordered the houseburger with brussel sprouts sprouts were incredible, but Burger was very small and dry. The rabbit was dense and stale. My partner has the Burger speciality and imagination. We both don't have alcoholic drinks, but there were only 3 options and all expensive, the cheapest were $4.75. We were not offered water, and had incomplete utensils without knives to grind all small bits and had to use our fingers. Together we spent over $60 and left hunger and disappointment. I would never recommend it to everyone, it was expensive, the portions were small, the food was moderate, and the service was unwilling.

Cool spot and would definitely come back for the summertime outdoor seating!
