Pizzaway - Windsor

The restaurant has cleanliness issues with trash not being properly disposed of and too many rats around the trash cans. They need to address this problem.

My boyfriend and I had two very terrible sandwiches last night. The bread tasted like a stale hot dog bun, and the assorted sandwich was like bologna or something, although it had more turkey. There was lettuce, tomato, and mayo. The only positive thing I could say was that there was so much mayo that it mixed with the lettuce, making it impossible to eat. Honestly, these were the worst sandwiches we have ever had. I have not had a decent meal from this restaurant in a long time, so I am giving it a one-star review based on the terrible sandwiches. I am sorry to say that.

We have visited many pizza restaurants in Windsor, but Pizzaway is our favorite. The pizza always arrives hot and the ingredients are consistently fresh. The family that owns the restaurant is always friendly.

When we moved my grand to university, I was first introduced into the pizzeria and his first apartment was on wyandotte. we had pizza for lunch and I was in love. So now we enjoy a pizza every time. it's so delicious. as I said my favorites when in windsor.

We started going to this location about a year ago and it was great. Generally we Wife And I would order 2 3 topping Pizzas with Extra Not Double Cheese and they were made with ample toppings and cooked well. However for the last...couple months, every time we get our pizzas home We live a 5 min walk away from this Pizzaway the centers of both pizzas are totally soggy and unedible. I think either their stove is on the fritz or they turned down the temp to save gas and they're not cooking evenly. I've had a i couple Large Pizzas and they've been cooked evenly, probably due to the fact the crust is thinner. it's a real shame because we were really liking this place. :
