Kfc - Windsor

KFC has definitely improved since our last visit a couple of years ago. The chicken pieces were hot, juicy, and crispy. They were also noticeably larger than I remember them being before.

This isn't a formal review; I'm just curious if this location is closed. It has been shut down for the past few days, and there's a sign on the door stating, "We are closed for reasons beyond our control." I hope you reopen soon!

Terrible experience. I ordered online and paid in advance, with the promise that my order would be ready for pickup at 5:09. I arrived at 5:11 but didn't receive my food until nearly 5:30, and there was no service for 15 minutes.

Phone number gives me a bad connection, asking me for a code. I ordered online, was not delivered, and there was no way to contact them. Since they use uber or doordash to deliver for them, no way to know if it was delivered or not. Bad customer services.

Slowest drive through in the city. On my last visit I waited 45 minutes to get through drive through only for them to forget my gravy. There were less than 5 vehicles ahead of me. I chalked it up to them being new and gave them a second chance. This time they told me 8 minutes for my chicken to pull around and it’s taken 20 minutes without food in sight despite many people coming in and out in the mean time.
