Arby's - Windsor Mill

It has been years since I last had Arby's roast beef and I am still not a fan of it. However, I must say that the service at the drive-thru was good.

Horrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich but they forgot to include my fries. When I brought it to their attention, they didn't seem to care. The bread on the sandwich was hard and there was barely any chicken salad in it.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. I have been a regular customer for the past month, but two weeks ago I walked in and was told that their system was down. Tonight, I ordered through Doordash and received a turkey sandwich with speck, salad, jalapeño, and cheese - but where was the main course? I tried calling the restaurant five times with no answer. It seems like either someone has been fired or there is a new inexperienced crew working there. This has been my first bad experience since late February, and looking at the recent reviews, it seems like I am not the only one feeling this way.

I came here and expected a good experience, I was wrong. I ordered a clubpack and a double reuben meal. I only got the package (full meal) but not the double reuben only got the frit and drink) and this is the only reason I came there at all. the drive was long and the customer service sucked. I live on the other side of the city, so I tried to call, but no one cares to answer the phone..I will never eat again at arby! thank you for taking my money and dropping to fulfill my order. smh the pack is not all that anyway

Stuck in drive through for over 20 minutes to wait for someone to say “give me one sec” and disappear for 5 minutes. This is no drive through. This is ridiculous.
