Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

The food was tasty, but my experience with the service was quite disappointing. First, the server who took my order kept staring at me while I was trying to decide what to get, which made me feel very rushed. Then, the person making the pizza forgot one of the three toppings I had requested, and I only realized it when I got home. Additionally, I ordered cheese sticks, which are meant to come with marinara sauce, but that was missing as well. If you decide to eat here, make sure to double-check your order, as it seems the staff do not. I won't be coming back.

I generally enjoy Papa Murphy's, but the service at this particular location leaves something to be desired. If you're not careful about checking your order, especially when ordering online, you might not receive what you asked for. This seems to happen more often when I order extra items, like additional cheese or toppings. I used to order from here weekly, so I decided to conduct a little test. I ordered one pizza with extra toppings (including cheese) and took a photo, then I ordered another with regular toppings. They looked identical! I then switched to a different location, and sure enough, the pizza actually had the extra toppings I had paid for. It's disappointing because this location is the closest and most convenient for me, but I prefer to receive what I pay for.

The staff is always friendly and courteous, and the service is quick. While it may not reach the quality of a Giordano's pizza in Chicago, you also won't be spending $25 or more for a pizza here. The food is excellent for the price you pay. It's hard to beat this place for quick and affordable eats!

Ordered the Pizza over the internet At 10am for a 4PM pickup. I had some things come up were i was running late to pick up the pizza arrived at 4:40 PM and they had not even started making pizza. this was prepay so there was no excuse for it not to be done. I demanded a refund and will not be back. No customer service!!

Worst Papa murphys I have ever been to! I will never ever come back to this location ever! I called in an order of one pizza so when I came to pick up it would hopefully be ready and be faster then walking in ordering and waiting forever. I walked to the empty express lane 20 minutes after calling there is a pick up order here with a sign that says to stand there is you called in your order. Nobody acknowledged me for over 7 minutes just stared at me and continued making pizzas. 3 other employees walked right by the register and also did nothing just walked away to the back. The store was basically empty other than 2 customers waiting for their orders to be made. I have NEVER experienced this at any other papa murphys EVER. I almost just walked out and said keep the pizza that you just made in front of me. Seriously something is wrong with the employees at this location they saw me standing there and did absolutely NOTHING not ?Hi are you here for a pick up? or even a ?someone will help you soon? they just chose to act like I didn?t exist and apparently thought I was standing there for fun to watch them make everyone elses pizzas after mine. Worst customer service at a papa murphys! I have been getting papa murphys pizza for over a decade. I have been to this location before a few times and have never had a good experience there. The only reason I go is because it?s closest to my home. I will not make that mistake again I will drive as far as I have to to go to any other location or just get pizza from a different company for cheaper and already made. This was by far the worst and the last time I ever order a pizza or step foot in the windsor heights store location. I will make sure to tell everyone I know who lives in the area never to go to that horrible store.
