Jersey Mike's Subs - Clive

My search for a great Philly cheesesteak led me to Jersey Mike?s today. I arrived over the lunch hour and the line was nearly to the door. Staff were obviously well trained and worked quickly to get everyone through. I ordered a large standard cheesesteak sandwich for my daughter and I to split and a regular chicken Philly with bacon and ranch for my other daughter, a small bag of Cheetos, and drank water for a total of $24.00. The large sandwich is approximately 12 inches long with a substantial amount of meat with melted provolone, onions, and green peppers. The melted provolone and juice from the meat drip down your chin as you attempt to devour it and the rosemary bread was perfectly toasted. This was the closest I have found to the real deal in Iowa and I will definitely be back for more.

This is a good sub shop chain, decorated in a Jersey Shore theme. It is familiar to me because I used to live along the Jersey Shore they understandably don't show the general age and decayed look that much of the shore has. The sandwiches are freshly made and good, made with good ingredients, care and skill. The selection of chips and drinks is good. The facility is bright, cheery and functional. The staff is engaging, helpful and efficient. Overall, this is a good option for a sub.

Tried Jersey Mike's for the first time and have a new favorite sub place!! Ordered online and picked up at the counter. Subs were hot and they didn't skimp on the sandwich makings. Very tasty!!

Had Jersey Mike's for the first time a few weeks ago and was excited to come back. Ordered chicken bacon ranch in a wrap and a chipotle cheese steak sandwich. They forgot the sauce!! No ranch and No chipotle on our order. The wrap and sandwich were so dry. Wanted to try the chipotle to see how it tasted and now we will never know. Spending $20 is disappointing when the order is incorrect

Terrible service. Been sitting here for over 20 mins for 2 sandwiches to go? have yet to pay and the staff is not friendly. Seems they need more hands on deck. Multiple people waiting for to go orders as well. : please get more help or train your staff to move with purpose
