I ordered online and went to pick up and noticed they entered my meal in wrong and mixed up one of my rolls when I went to pick up my to go order last night. I mentioned this when I saw the bag. Then when they fixed my order they brought out the same bag and the rest of the food that was correct the spring rolls were cold, and the food they remade the shrimp tempura, the shrimp was soggy and gross. It’s expensive so I paid 26$ for a meal that was really just disappointing. Pretty upsetting and it made the day I was having even worse. My husband and I ate dinner at the bar. The bartender is always cheerful and accommodating and is a pleasure to converse with! The food is consistently amazing and the whole staff are warm and inviting! We plan to frequent Windsor Asian Bistro regularly! P.S. The Godzilla Roll is delish!
