Buffalo Wild Wings - Windsor

The food here is good, but everyone, including me, who ate it got an extremely upset stomach. My boyfriend was even throwing up the day after and had to leave work.

Maybe a 5 if you're a sports fan...about 30 televisions in the place. Way too stimulating for a peaceful dinner. Clearly slow service...maybe understaffed?

Great service. wonderful end to our family day out...until I had a blazin knockout wing lol....that was my fault. kids and husband had some so I had to....we all had a big laugh. will be back but I 'm not having the blazin knockout sauce.

I had a great experience at Buffalo wild wings in Windsor Connecticut. Super Bowl Sunday my son picked up wings went to work and found out that they were the wrong ones. I called Buffalo wild wings at night. Spoke to a manager by the name of Dion and he was very helpful and very polite. The next day I called and spoke to Ashlee to let her know I was coming to pick up the wings and she and Dion both made everything so easy and made the order right. I certainly know that things happen and mistakes are made but when you get great customer service like we did, it makes A world of difference. Thank you so much and we will be back.

Slow. Not very busy but it took 30+ minutes to get an order of wings and a side salad. Talking to others who go to this location regularly, the slow food is the norm.
