Mcdonald's - Winder

The employees are amazing that they really look and help the homeless community best mcdonald’s around. friendly service, clean and full of compassion. keep them the amazing work

The food was good at this restaurant. However, one morning around 9am, our orders were taken by young girls and we had to go back three times to get what we asked for. Around 10:30am, an older lady took our order correctly.

Since moving to Winder, my visits to McDonald's have been consistently enjoyable. The food is always amazing. However, I do think some organizational changes are needed. During my most recent visit, I witnessed a night shift manager publicly humiliate a teenage staff member because I requested an item that was not clearly priced. Instead of helping the employee complete the sale, the manager continued to criticize the teenager loudly. This behavior is not in line with the McDonald's franchise that I know and love. I hope they can address this issue and provide the manager with proper training to uphold their brand image.

The restaurant offers excellent food and outstanding service. Additionally, they provide a senior discount, making it a better choice than McDonald's.

I have not received service from this restaurant for the third day in a row. I work the night shift and the past two nights they only accepted cash. I'm not sure why.
