Firehouse Subs Winder

I paid $13 for a meatball sub and got home to a turkey, bacon ham. i don?t even eat pork smh. i?ve tried calling but no one works there i guess?

Super slow. Staff on the clock seemed to be under trained. Placed an online order for pickup and waited an extra 30-35 minutes from scheduled pick up time. The three gentlemen on the clock did not seem to know what they were doing. This location was outof the prime rib sandwich and asked if I would like to switch my sub. No refund was made as the prime rib is a little moreexpensive to the other hot subs. I also purchased a separate drink. Soda machine out of order, sweet tea and unsweetened teaempty.

Had an order delivered and it is not only wrong but to the point I feel like I'm being pranked. Everything was wrong, ham instead of turkey, minimal ingredients, and I paid $11 for a salad that fits in the palm of my hand!! I guess a side salad onaccident?? The sandwiches don't even look safe to eat.. and THIS is why I usually avoid getting food from Winder ???? honestly,wtffffffff

Incompetent staff. Super slow. Waited for my online order 30-40 mins past the time it was established to be ready. Stood at the pickup area for 15 mins and finally asked where my order was. They didn?t start it until I said something. Then took another15-20 mins for them to make it. It was a kids meal yall! Meat, cheese and bread with a rice crispy treat! Update: there wereactually three employees hanging out in the back while the two upfront we?re trying to make a bunch of sandwiches. They calledback to them for help multiple times and not one of them came to help them. At lunchtime the standard should be all hands ondeck not! Not 25% of your crew on deck and 75% hanging out ?chillin? in the back! This store either needs corporate involvementor the owner needs to come in and roll up their sleeves and teach this staff what is expected!

We had great service from this location today. The employees were professional and gave great service. We received our food quickly and everything we ordered was correct. My son also loves getting a fire chief hat when we go. I highly recommend eatinghere for lunch.
