Kfc - Winchester

Several times at the drive thru I have been told they 're out of crispy chicken. Have to get original. Sides are forgotten frequently. Biscuits always hard as a rock. Last time i drove thru and ordered two 2-piece meals, I could hear them yellingthrough the speaker that they were running out of chicken. It was 1:30 p.m. what do they do in there all day? They 'reobviously NOT cooking. This place should be shut down. The poor Colonial is rolling over in his grave.

Clean professional and easy to get to. Food was Excellent not over cooked. Service was fast. Much better than the one in Tullahoma.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. We walked in the dining room at 12:40pm on a Sunday. The crew was very loudly yelling at each other about not having enough food and the need to ?lock it down.? The woman working the register told us, very rudely,that they were no longer taking orders. They locked the doors behind us. This is not our first poor experience with thislocation. We will not be returning.

Just got a twelve piece bucket and it was so old and dried up that it was absolutely inedible. I called the store 8 times before someone actually answered. Supposedly I talked to the manager on duty. He told me to bring it back and they wouldreplace it. When I told him I lived in the country and didn?t want to have to make another trip into town he told me I shouldhave checked it before I left. I told him I shouldn?t have to check it , and he just started talking over me reading so sort ofpolicy. He got angry and hung up on me. This is the second time we have purchased horrible old greasy chicken. We will not bepurchasing any more food from Winchester KFC and I suggest you don?t waste your money either!

Arguably the worst chicken dinner I've ever had in my life. Did a take out 10 minutes from home ,upon arriving the chicken coating was nothing but mush. Never again will eat at KFC. Not even a napkin provided. Too bad Holts was closed. KFC WinchesterTN is to avoided at all costs
