Brewers Fayre Cepen Park - Wiltshire

Me and my family have been to many restaurants and buy far this was the worst the carvery was dry the kids mac and cheese was hard and dry the customer services they were very rude and unwelcoming other than one lady called Leigh f she was so lovely and welcoming.

The carvery was amazing thank you Chris for the service and especially the barman Isaac who was delightful and cheerful and took care of me throughout. Always a pleasure to be served by such a good barman

We bring our twins here with learning difficulties. Dee who manages the play area is absolutely amazing and helpful whenever we visit and she keeps the area so clean. The place wouldn't be the same without her. We will be visiting often.

The worse Brewers Fayre we have ever been to. We were ignored when we first arrived by a member of staff who saw we were waiting and purposely turned her back on us to resume her conversation with her friends. The staff did not improve. They need to take a leaf out of Ebbw Vales book. Perhaps the Chippenham staff need to go there to see how they should behave. The kitchen weren't any better. We could hear full on arguments between kitchen and serving staffing including the F word. The food was ok nothing special. There were hardly any customers. But not surprising as I don't think anyone would return.

Truly Shocking, I understand that this is a chain eatery and as such you don 't expect cordon blu. The food is a chips with everything type establishment, but here the chips were overcooked and probably reheated. I had lasagne and suspect mass catering. We opted for the 2 for 1 Friday meal at £12 for the 2 of us (the wife had Cod and Chips). I suppose at that price you get what you pay for, but compared to other chains such as Harvester, this place really is a poor example of it 's type.
