Paris Pizzaria - Wilmington

I reached out to Pat's Pizzeria, and they informed me that the delivery guy had left after waiting just six minutes. Six minutes?! I was then told he had gone to make another delivery but would be back. Forty minutes later, he still hadn’t returned with my food. After about an hour of waiting, he finally called to say he was downstairs. I instructed him to come up, but instead, he started yelling at me, saying he wouldn't come up. I was completely baffled at this point because I had been the one waiting for my food for an hour and 45 minutes, and yet he was the one who was upset! I refused to go downstairs and deal with someone who was yelling at customers over the phone. Beware if you're thinking about ordering from this place! They have terrible customer service.
