Mcdonald's - Wilmington

The manager was extremely helpful in assisting me with placing my order and redeeming my points for free food.

The service at this restaurant was unpleasant and the wait was too long. I ordered a caramel macchiato but was given a large cup of hot milk instead. When I informed the staff that my drink was missing caramel and whipped cream, they looked at me rudely and did not apologize. After returning my cup, I received the same drink with only a small amount of caramel and whipped cream - still just a cup of milk. My drink did not taste like coffee or caramel at all. When I pointed this out to the staff, they ignored me and walked away.

I went to this McDonald's tonight. I ordered through the app and waited in line, but the order takers suggested I should have used the drive-thru. I had to walk all the way to the car line and then was told to come back to where I originally was. Finally, on my third attempt, I received my order. They need to improve their service or customers might choose Burger King instead.

Store do not teach customer service! they make eating when they want to open and close when they feel like that. mc donald is not important because the load still makes money like.

Good not great McDonalds. They were really busy, a holiday weekend but the sausage burrito we got was cold ?
