Green Room - Wilmington

I absolutely loved it. The menu offers unique items that you won't find at other restaurants. However, the profiteroles were the highlight for me - the best I've ever tasted and not easy to come by.

I had dinner at this restaurant on a Saturday. The service and atmosphere were both good. The food was okay, but the old fashioned cocktail I ordered was excellent. However, I was surprised to see the servers wearing blue jeans, which didn't seem to match the luxury reputation of the 5-star hotel. They could have been wearing crocs and socks and still fit right in.

The ambiance was pleasant, but the chefs seem to struggle with cooking temperatures. My filet was overcooked, while my husband's was undercooked, and the profiteroles were burnt. Our waitress appeared uninterested in our experience, as we couldn't even locate her to request a replacement for my meal.

Very fine meal with attentive service on a busy night.

Really enjoyed Brunch at Le Cavalier, There is some good varieties of dishes to choose from I got steak and eggs my wife had the egg wrap. Dishes are pretty loaded but not to the point where you can’t finish, of course I finished my wife’s potatoes . Staff was friendly and very accommodating they were short but were handling brunch like champs good job guys! We loved and enjoyed the calmness of this restaurant and it’s sooo clean . Finished off with a cappuccino and a latte and let me say the coffee was amazing. BARISTA APPROVED . Will be visiting again would love to try out their diner menu. Definitely a good place to meet up with friends and enjoy great food and good vibes.
