Dunkin' - Wilmington

Made a detour to that location to get my regular breakfast only to find out that they didn’t have any hot chocolate available. However, the classic glazed donuts and sugar maple bacon sandwich croissant was excellent. Also something was a little annoying while waiting in line: you can hear the alarm panel announcing “front door open” every time someone open the door.

Usually the food/drinks are pretty good but sometimes the food is sloppy and thrown together. The cost of food is crazy right now and if families are going to spend money at Dunkin your order shouldn't look like it was thrown against a wall. This doesn't happen all the time but it does happen more often now.

I was really let down by the customer service and the lack of coffee options. I won't be returning.

I am really frustrated with how my recent experiences at this Dunkin' Donuts have gone! This place used to be great, but the last few times I've ordered coffee, it has been poorly made. They aren't stirring it properly, and the coffee isn't seasoned correctly. It's so dark that it's almost undrinkable. I feel like I'm wasting my money, especially since I have to take it to go because of my job. This has happened repeatedly during my visits to the Dunkin’ Donuts on Lazyland Road. Can't they make a decent cup of coffee anymore?
