Chick-fil-a - Wilmington

I go there at least once a week. I always get their 3 strips of chicken with honey mustard and a Polynesian sauce plus a senior drink. Service is great!

This is the best mall Chick-Fil-A around, clean store with super friendly staff.

This is the nicest one I have ever been to. I had a few hours to kill and just happened upon this site. They have come by my table twice and got me some tea. What a great atmosphere! Way to go chick-fil-a in concord mall Wilmington and to Anthony hope you get a bonus. You deserve it. You can train people but personalities are a personal trait that can't be trailed. You either have it or you don't. They know people's names and talk to them. Example this older lady was sitting by her self and Anthony came up and asked how she was and he hadn't seen her lately. And he talked to another Asian lady and called her by name and introduced the two but also asked how she was and if she needed anything. Awesome experience. You just don't see this to often. Way to go and make someone's day

Very nice food. There was free custard smoothie being served. It was good. Only one thing that Afro-American Server was trying to avoid my family when she was distributing it. She clearly jumped to the next person on queue intentionally. I had to ask for it which I did not feel good. Not complaining as we cannot control few things. Just hope that people correct themselves and the reason for the post.

The food is delicious . But the staff at this store are so outgoing and super-duper friendly. Even the managers are outstanding! They make the whole experience a positive one.
