Arby's - Wilmington

I really love this classic Arby's; it's one of the original locations, and I hope they continue to preserve it. When you visit, you'll notice that all the equipment is new and the restrooms have been updated. I just hope they don't lose that retro vibe—it’s one of the few original Arby’s left, and it would be great to keep that unique charm intact.

The restaurant meets basic expectations but doesn't stand out. The staff always seems to be in training, and there's often confusion regarding payment methods like Apple Pay. Sometimes it works, while other times they put up signs indicating that it doesn't. Overall, there's a lack of clarity and consistency.

Today, I had to wait a long time, and my food was cold when it arrived. However, they were generous and filled my bag with plenty of sauces to make up for it.

I've tried the new fishing and was pretty good. I went through the drive thru and the customer service was really good. I gave it 4 stars because the running gear thru window needed to be cleaned and it looks like this location could need an upgrade.

Customer service wasn't greatest, young lady at window act like we got on her nerves. Fish was delicious.
