I am disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. The service and food quality have always been good, but recently I have received cold food. When I called to address the issue, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior from a young employee. It was clear that customer service was not a priority as she refused to remedy the situation. I was shocked by her lack of concern and the disrespectful treatment I received. I will not be returning to this restaurant after spending my hard-earned money there weekly. A truly disappointing experience.

I used to enjoy the service and food at this restaurant, but I have recently been receiving cold food. When I called to address the issue, I was treated rudely by a young girl who did not seem to prioritize customer service. She hung up on me while I was explaining that I did not want to have to cook my own food, especially considering the price I paid for it. She essentially told me that I could wait several hours for another hamburger to be delivered, but made it clear that I was no longer her concern. I am disappointed that after spending so much money at this establishment, I was treated so poorly. I will not be returning.
