Alma Hotel - WILLUNGA

It might just be me but I tend to expect a lot from a pub meal these days, maybe because the standard of pub food these days is so high.

Come here many times a week The food is great and affordable Friendly atmosphere.

8 of us had lunch on Easter Monday, our meals were lovely as they always are, but have to say how disappointed we were that the Veg & Salad bar isn't there anymore, they always had the best Cauliflower in Cheese sauce.The staff are always friendly & helpful, good country Hotel

Written a few reviews about the Alma. Love it so much that we eat here about twice a week..sometimes more ! Bring friends from other suburbs and they all share our opinion of the Alma. Sandi, Ali and Brenda cook great meals, Brett,Tash, Kayleigh, Claudia, Jenny , Taylor, Harrison and Naomi are wonderful servers and bar staff and the family owners Jason, Melinda, Damien and of course Val and Larry are the best. We've been in Willunga for 15 years and not found anything better. Love the specials..Tues steak, Wed Fish, Thurs Schnitzel.

Beer garden is great, bottle shop is excellent - bar /wait staff are good - restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. In my opinion food is generally pre-cooked and well below average for Willunga.
