Subway - Williamsburg

We have been to this Subway before and not had any problems, but today we had a very disappointing visit. We were unable to order online because the website said the local store could not accept orders. When we mentioned this to the worker at the store in conjunction with trying to use an online coupon, she actually tried to argue with us about the website not working and then refused to honor the online coupons. She then literally turned and started helping another worker. No apologies. Very rude. There are many options around for a sandwich so we walked a few doors down to Jersey Mike’s. Got a great sandwich with great service. Maybe she was having a bad day, but I’m not going to give my to a rude person when there are alternatives.

Pretty typical. Don’t ask for Jarrod. He’s in jail. Eat fresh!!

Ordered cookie tray. Owner/manager said he was making them fresh. Noy only were they NOT fresh, the oatmeal cookies, which are usually my favorite, were over cooked and tasted like they were a week old. Never again!

As subways go this one is one of the better ones. I do go here early for lunch so I don't know what the staff is like later on in the day or on the weekends. As far as huge chains like these go you really only have to worry about being clean and the staff being quick and competent. This subway checks both of those boxes
