Mcdonald's - Williamsburg

They do not open at the time stated online. The price difference for the same meal in Newport News and at this location is a dollar and some change. Also the young employees in this store have attitudes.

This McDonald's used to be 1 of the better one's but I have noticed lately, the food is not as good, yesterday my McDuffie was burnt. I didn't have time to go back. The prices are getting higher but the quality of the food is going down. Also I noticed the employees are not as friendly as they used to be !!!!

Order on the mobile app. Manager sent a employee to the window, to inform us that they were not required to give what we showed proof of what we paid for on the app. Waited 15 mins at the window while the manager just gave ugly looks. Still left without what we paid for after such a long wait. Would not return or recommend.

Just another McDonald's. Nothing special here. Clean restrooms and clean dining room.

When you have employees in the back that are audibly complaining about customers, things have gone wrong.
