Electric Circus Taqueria - Williamsburg

This place is hoping and definitely a hang out spot, but still able to snag a seat, and get our food/drinks in a reasonable amount of time. The beer we tried was very good and fresh if that makes sense?! The food offerings were mixed. The taco place was okay, a little pricey and small portions and the meat was cold in what was supposed to be hot tacos. The hamburger joint was okay as well, but did have a great veggie burger (better than my beef burger I ordered! . A nice place to warm up, and grab a bite to eat if you're not looking for a full sit-down service restaurant, which we weren't. Many, many drinks for you to choose from, and the arcade world is alive, awesome!!

Went today @1 pm. No one was in line ahead of us and a few people were seated and eating. The young woman at the front counter was rude. She seemed bothered that we were there and even more so when we questioned the menu. The online menu is very different than their actual menu. We ordered two pork carnita tacos and one carne asada taco, one elotes (corn on cob), chips and salsa, and one beer. $38.00!!! The tacos were small street tacos @4” diameter and each taco had just two pieces of meat! The pork was chunks @1”x1” and the carne asada were @1”x3”x 1/2” thick. The toppings were sparse too. The only good thing was the flavor of the food. It was really tasty. The elote seasonings were spot on but it was served to me cold. The green salsa that was served with the chips was tasty. My guests and I were very disappointed. I’m visiting from Central Texas. I should have known better than to buy tacos outside of Texas!Parking: Parking in this area is difficult. There are public lots in the area but they were full and difficult to navigate with a van.

Tacos were tasty with quality ingredients. Rock fish taco was great. Had wings and they were just the way I like them with crispy dry rub. Wings didn't have sauce choices, but they have serve your own hot sauces with a medium spice level that were both good. Especially liked the ginger based hot sauce.

I only tried the chips and guacamole but they were delicious. Went up to the cashier ordered those and was served them right away. This eatery is inside Precarious beer hall and also has tacos and wings available. It's a casual place with bench seating and long tables and bussers who come around to clean your table when you are done eating.

If you're interested in cold tasteless tacos and a bad attitude this is the place for you. Never had worse tacos. Literally out of the refrigerator. Totally uncooked, disgusting experience. Service was poor. Ambiance is picnic tables in an 80s arcade. I would leave negative stars if I could.
